Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to TRASH PALS SOLUTIONS. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our bin-to-curb service. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description
TRASH PALS SOLUTIONS provides a bin-to-curb service designed to assist customers with the disposal of waste materials. Our services include:

  • scheduled bin cleaning 

  • Scheduled collection of filled bins from your designated curbside.

3. Service Availability
Our services are currently available in the following areas: concord. Service availability is subject to change based on demand, route optimization, and operational considerations. We will notify customers of any changes to service areas.

4. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:

  • Ensure that bins are accessible  24 hours before the scheduled service day.

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the bins and ensure they are free of hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, batteries, and electronic waste.

  • Abide by local regulations regarding waste disposal and recycling.

  • Notify TRASH PALS SOLUTIONS of any issues with bin delivery or collection as soon as possible.

5. Payment Terms

  • Fees: Customers agree to pay the fees associated with the bin-to-curb service as outlined in our pricing schedule. Fees may vary based on bin size, service frequency, and additional services requested.

  • Payment Method: Payments can be made via square 

  • Due Dates: Payments are due 7 days after sign up and every 7 days until canceled . Late payments may incur a fee of $5 Per Day.

  • Non-Payment: Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of service.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Customers may cancel scheduled services by providing at least 24 hour notice before scheduled service day. Cancellations made within this notice period will receive a full refund. or not be charged for that weeks service. 

  • Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered. Any disputes regarding charges must be reported within 72 hours of the charge.

7. Limitation of Liability
TRASH PALS SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRASH PALS SOLUTIONS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

9. Changes to Terms
TRASH PALS SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying customers directly. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NC. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in [insert jurisdiction].

12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TRASH PALS SOLUTIONS regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
